"Cajun Nation,

I am supporting a very special cause this spring and I hope that Cajun Nation would consider lending me a hand. I am part of a team that is trying to raise $50,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) for blood cancer research. Specifically we are trying to name a research grant for a brave four year old boy from Erath named Cale Langlinais who has been battling leukemia since 2010.

That is why I am offering up this raffle to only the members of raginpagin.com

I am donating this full sized UL helmet autographed by 2011 New Orleans Bowl MVP Blaine Gautier, 2012 New Orleans Bowl MVP Terrance Broadway, myself, and Coach Hud. This item has been approved by compliance and you can win it by donating to the LLS. Members of raginpagin will get 1 entry for every $2 donated to our LLS team. The drawing will be witnessed by the director of the Louisiana-Mississippi LLS coordinator. In addition to the helmet, our team will also be giving away other autographs and memorabilia in this raffle.
There will be 40 winners in all as 40 was a very special number for me here in Lafayette.

The Abbeville Fire Department and the Leukemia and Lymphomas Society invite Cajun Nation to come out in full force to support the UL Ragin Cajuns and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at (Black's Oyster Bar and Restaurant
319 Pere Megret St, Abbeville, Louisiana 70510). Brett Baer, Harry Peoples and many other players will be on hand. Players from the team will on hand to sign autographs and take pictures. Bring your jerseys, helmets, photos, and other Ragin Cajun Gear! Though the public is invited to donate more, we ask for a minimum of $20 donation for each person to go through the line and get autographs of all players and hopefully coaches that attend. In order to keep the line moving and all Cajun fans have a chance for autographs we ask fans to limit 2 autographed items of memorabilia per person.

Our goal is to reach $50,000 to have the honor of naming a research grant for Cale Langlinais, the 4 year old son of Chad and Jenee Langlinais of Delcambre and Erath who has battled Leukemia since 2010.

More players and hopefully coaches will be introduced as we get closer to the event!!!
